The early stages of a startup or new project are the most fragile and vulnerable. They are also the riskiest from an investor point of view. This is where having a veteran partner can help you navigate these waters with much more ease and efficiency.

I am best positioned to help you accelerate on both a technical and business level in the first 3 phases and in the beginning of phase 4: from Ideation to early Scaling. This would typically correspond to companies with up to 20-25 employees. Time and efficiency gained during these early stages tend to compound over time.

How it works concretely

Immersives

Immersives involve flying me into your physical offices to work hands on with you and your team for an agreed period of time. Usually from a few days to a couple weeks at a time. These are especially appropriate during the Creation and Launch stages.

The bulk of my work will be on an executive level with you, your partners and CxO leadership.

I also invite leaders to spend quality time together in a social context during off hours to connect on a human level, and perhaps open up possibilities and insights that would not otherwise surface in a more formal context.

Remote Containers

A remote container allows me to help you remotely for periods of 1 month at a time, renewable on demand. It includes weekly 90mn Skype or Zoom video and screensharing calls. I complement these with ongoing support and executive reporting via e-mail and instant messaging. These are useful at any stage, but are particularly adapted to the Ideation and Scaling stages.

1-week or longer immersives automatically include a free 1-month container as follow-up.

On-demand Prototyping & Design + NoCode MVP development with Bubble.io

In some cases, your team may already be swamped by the main roadmap. They’ll need an extra hand to prototype or design extra pieces or supportive side projects. Or, you are on a tight budget and schedule and need to get an MVP up and running fast. Together with my professional network, I can help you outsource some of your workload in the most efficient manner.

I am an Airdev (the world’s largest NoCode Bubble.io partner agency) certified developer and currently support several Airdev clients, including some high-profile clients. My technical strengths: database design, back-end development and API integrations, most recently in the area of AI integration (ChatGPT etc…). I work with partners for design and UI, to deliver a high quality, robust and well polished product.
